Vincent B. Flor was born and grew up in South Florida. He started his own law practice in 2012, a firm which handles both real estate and business litigation and transactions, including a focus on mortgage lender representation and representation of community associations. His office is located in the heart of Miami, Florida within the downtown Coral Gables business district.
Before opening his own firm, Vincent was with the law firm of Siegfried Rivera where he devoted his time exclusively to servicing condominium and homeowner’s association clients. Vincent’s experience in representing community associations includes matters such as, for example: interpretation of governing documents and issuance of legal opinions; enforcement of governing documents; appearance before municipal bodies to resolve code issues; drafting and negotiating contracts for construction and third party vendor services; and, enforcement of assessment collections policies.
Vincent’s work history also involves representation of parties to new and existing business transactions, as well as litigation of those transactions and relationships. He also provides real estate settlement, escrow, title insurance, and closing services on behalf of buyers, sellers, mortgage lenders, and parties to long term commercial leases.
Vincent’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami (Graduated with Honors) and Juris Doctor (Graduated Cum Laude) from the University of Miami School of Law. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida since 2002, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 2004. Vincent is fluent in Spanish.
